Without compromising the quality of dental care and the sterlization of equipment, we have decided to utilize the United States Green Building Certifcation LEED rating system and the Green Guide for Health Care to make earth friendly decisons about how we decorate, clean, and operate our office. We have utilized No-VOC paints, and lov-VOC flooring throughout the office. Our furniture is earth friendly. We use energy efficient lighting. We have eliminated developing chemicals used with conventional x-rays. Our digital charting system has allowed us to greatly reduce our paper usage. The paper we do use is a post-consumer recycled product. The office space is kept clean with environmentally friendly products. Our recall patient products included toothbrushes with recycled plastic handles.
